Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Soy and Bee Candles, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the product:

- Is unused

- Is in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at info@soyandbeecandles.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

- We do not cover the cost of return postage. The return label is the responsibility of the customer.

- We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely.

- Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used candles or items returned outside the 15-day window.
